Milo Minute: Milo's Eyes

10:32 PM

I have brown eyes. JR has green eyes. He likes to call them hazel....thats even what his passport and Driver's license says. They're obviously green/blue. Check it out.

When he had Lasic, he had several eye exams. One of which the technician told him that his eyes were hazel on the inside. I have no clue what that means, but he thinks it's proof that his eyes are hazel. I mean, I think this is one case where "it's the OUTSIDE that counts."

Anyways, For the first year of Milo's life, we kept waiting and waiting to see what color her eyes would be. I assumed they would be brown. They were always sort of dark.  They haven't changed in over 6 months so I'm pretty sure this will be the color is permanent now.

They are brown/amber around the pupil, but like hunter green around the outer part. They are so pretty.

It's hard to get a good picture considering that she won't sit still for more than half a second at a time.

Milo is such a big girl!!!! She has now grown past the walker. She still uses it... she's just too advanced to actually push it. She carries it. That's how she rolls...or doesn't roll :)

She can now open our back door. That's been fun. Now I just have to lock her in.

I hope all is well with you guys out there. The Olympics are coming up soon....that means we are only getting busier and busier. The cycle route goes right through our town. I think that's going to be the only actual even that I get to see. But it's nice just to be here and experience all the hoopla that goes along with it.
