JR got 1/2 day off today because of the holiday on monday....He also is off on monday.....he has to "work" on tuesday, but it is a beach party... poor JR....i have been on the job hunt, but am seriously considering taking the classes to become a dive master.....but i am not making any money to pay for the classes....lol....anyways...i dont really have any new information, but i do have some fun new photos to put up...enjoy....

hello to all, sorry we haven't posted anything in a while.....its a few minutes after 10pm here, so this wont be long...but we just wanted to say hi and try something a little different by putting up a video....hope that it works for all of you....I will post more pictures tomorrow....i am sure you are all fast asleep...sweet dreams....P.S. if any of you have a webcam, you should download skype off the internet and we can talk over the webcam instead of the phone...for free....and better yet, we can see each other while we are talking....anyways...adios

Entry 6... First work day...

Well, today was my first day at work and it was ROUGH. It felt like I was being hit with a fire hydrant of information. Needless to say, I won't be bored at work with all the work that is in store for me and one other person. Heather has also had a rough day and is feeling down and hating the world. She has been looking hard for a job and still house hunting. So if you know of a job for Heather please let her know....lol

Keep your prayers on us becuase we hope we made the right decision.

New format...

Ok, Heather and I decided to change it up some. We are going to try to put a couple pictures of the day with some summary of whats going on, then we have set up a web album that will have all the pictures from that time. Sorry everybody but we have been real busy with the house hunt. Friday night was really our first tourist adventure. We endured a TERRIBLE time share presentation but we came away with "free passes to Germaines Luau and Snorkeling at Hanauma Bay. We also received free catamaran* ride but had to cancel because we moved into our new Temporary Quarters. This is where we will stay for the next 30 days, if we still haven't found a place that works for us we do have authorization to stay another 30 days but that could get tiring. So take a look....

the SWAPMEET at the Aloha Stadium, every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are taking all guest here when they come visit us. They have everything you can imagine, but way cheaper... thats where we are getting all of the hawaii nic nacs....

Heather's macadamia nut pancakes Boot's and Kimo's a town jewel...we actually met the owner at one of our house showings...he invited us... they put this amazing macadamia nut cream sauce....its delicious...so you actually eat that as the syrup on your pancakes instead of maple syrup. i cant wait to take everyone there when they come...
